a volunteer, you will recieve: - Free

of 10 or more will recieve a donation to their group.

Areas Registration
& Packet Pick-Up
Distribute numbers and shirts to participants, assign numbers to late entrants, direct participants to starting area (Recommended
for volunteers age 17 and up)
Course
Directional
Help control traffic (both vehicles and participants) and keep the participants on the race course
(Recommended for volunteers
17 and up)
Water
Stops
Set up tables and water dispensers, hand out water to participants, clean up the area and take down tables (Recommended for volunteers of all ages -- there MUST be at least 1 adult per water stop)
Rest
& Recovery
Set up tables, trash containers, signage, get fruit and other items ready. Keep tables stocked, provide items to participants as they pass through, clean up the area and take down tables.
