- A promotional, marketing and advertising program which highlights the events and sponsors goals.
- Web and graphic designer in-house - i.e. can handle changes, add-ons, etc. immediately
- In-house, secure on-line, plus a printable registration form.
- Our services include layout, planning, training and supervision of your volunteers for Registration & Packet Pick-up.
- Data entry of Pre and Same Day Registration
- Labels - placed on BIB Numbers
- Race BIB Numbers and Safety Pins
- Required number of computers
- 22-ft trailer for Finish / Start Line Area, complete office & equipment storage.
- Finish Line Framework (30-ft x 12-ft) - includes generic banners.
- Public Address Systems (Inside System / Outside System) - plus Public Address System on Van (mobile unit)
- Finish Line Chutes
- Finish Line Clocks
- Results posted every 10 minutes after the first participant
- Award Winners available 15 minutes after the last participant
- Individual Results e-mailed to Participants 30 minutes after last finisher
- Complete Results posted on KLA's website - available to your or other websites.
- Event Survey Form linked to your email.
