KLA Publicity & Promotions
KLA provides the following services:
- A promotional, marketing and advertising program which highlights the events and sponsors goals.
- Web and graphic designer in-house - i.e. can handle changes, add-ons, etc. immediately
- In-house, secure on-line, plus a printable registration form.
KLA's Web Site
(averages 114,500+ visits and 314,000 pageviews per year)
Complete event information as outlined in the printed brochure, including "your story" and/or the major sponsors' story.
- Event logo will appear on our home page in one location.
- Sponsor names / logos will appear in up to four locations.
- Event logo will appear in a minimum of two locations in the results postings.
KLA's Email Newsletter
(12,500+ subscribers, with four times the national click through average)
- The Client's and the larger sponsors' logo and/or name will be included and hyper-linked.
- Attached to other events a minimum of four times.
- Specifically for your event, a minimum of three times.
KLA's Training Programs
KLA will promote The Event at their training program that begins in January and continues through the first week of May, for the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, and KLA's Fall Marathon / Half-Marathon Training Program beginning in July through the second week of November.
Mailing List of Individuals
KLA will provide a current, up-to-date list of runners and walkers who have completed a run or walk within the last six months. Our mailing list has 14,000+ records.
Local & Regional Retail Outlets
KLA will distribute event information to running/walking retail outlets, fitness and health clubs, YMCA's, etc.
KLA Schedule
The Event will be added to KLA's Schedule of Events and all others you may request.
Online Registration
KLA will provide secure, online registration. After the event, KLA will incinerate all entries received.
Online registrants will receive an immediate confirmation of their entry.
Within two business days, an update of all entrants will be posted on KLA's home page in the KLA Event Confirmation listing.
Three to four days before The Event, each entrant will receive a final confirmation email that includes the event and the sponsor(s) name, short story, etc., and their bib number, name, address, age, sex, t-shirt size, schedule of events, etc. They can then check for and report any errors. This helps with fast, accurate results and award winners. The confirmation also serves to provide a fast and trouble free packet pick-up.
Calendars
KLA will distribute event information to running/walking associations, retail outlets and media outlets (TV, radio and print).
Results
Immediately after the event, individuals who have provided an email address will receive their individual results and will include the name of The Event, short story, and sponsor(s) name.
The overall results will also be posted on KLA's and available to your or other websites and your website immediately after The Event.
