Administration Overview
Race Management
KLA agrees to and has responsibility for planning, managing and implementing all facets associated with The Event, as mutually agreed upon by The Client.

Permits and Insurance
All necessary permits and Certificates of Insurance shall be obtained by KLA as required by law, and be available for inspection.
Periodic Reporting
KLA shall provide periodic progress reports to The Client either by phone, visits or written reports. Written reports will be provided to The Client at least monthly and in the thirty day period prior to the event - weekly.
Budget Management
KLA will work within the event's budget parameters.
Online Registration
KLA will provide a secure, online registration. After the event, KLA will incinerate all entries received.
Online registrants will receive an immediate confirmation of their entry.
Within two business days, an update of all entrants will be posted on KLA's home page in the KLA Event Confirmation listing.
Three to four days before The Event, each entrant will receive a final confirmation email that includes the event and the sponsor(s) name, short story, etc., and their bib number, name, address, age, sex, t-shirt size, schedule of events, etc. They can then check for and report any errors. This helps with fast, accurate results and award winners. The confirmation also serves to provide a fast and trouble free packet pick-up.
Records & Accountability
KLA maintains detailed records of all expenses incurred and provides these by way of a Receipts Report.
Volunteer Training
KLA assigns trained professionals to instruct and lead the volunteers.
Insurance for The Event
KLA shall obtain insurance. Coverage shall be for claims occurring related to The Event. The minimum policy limits shall be $5,000 per person for medical expenses, $1,000,000 for personal injury (per occurrence), $2,000,000 for product liability, and $2,000,000 for general liability. KLA will provide a Certificate of Insurance with The Client named as an additional insured on such policy.
Sponsors
KLA will help in putting together a sponsorship package and if available, will accompany the sponsorship chairperson on a presentation to larger sponsors.
Recap / Overview
KLA provides a written overview and suggestions to The Client concerning all areas of The Event, plus a complete recap within 30 days of The Event.
