Millions of school children with dyslexia endure frustration and demoralization on a daily basis as they struggle to acquire skills many of us take for granted. If your child is struggling with reading and writing, do you know if dyslexia is the cause? Where can you go for help? The Indianapolis 32o Masonic Learning Center for Children Inc. is located in the Scottish Rite Cathedral at 650 N. Meridian Street in Indianapolis. The Center is free and available to all children between the ages 6-18 who suffer with dyslexia. The curriculum is based on the Orton-Gillingham approach, developed in the 1920’s, uses a sequential multisensory phonetic approach to teaching and spelling. The Indianapolis 32o Masonic Learning Center for Children, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization. It costs $5,000 to tutor one child for one year and typically children require an average of two years of tutoring. For information on making a tax-exempt contribution, please call our office at (317) 262-3121 or 1-800-489-3579 ext 285 or send your check directly, payable to:
