we have group runs and walks at each session, our
focus is on coaching and providing relevant instruction. The Marathon & Half-Marathon Training Program provides an overview of all aspects of training in
order to peak for the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, November 1st (Or your chosen event).

COACH
Tom
Hathaway has completed over 117 marathons, and has participated in at least 1 marathon in all 50 states, plus has over 45 years of experience in coaching running and walking and can relate to runners and walkers at all levels of ability, from the first timer to the very experienced racer.
TRAINING LEVELS
The five different training levels are designed for people who will be attempting their first marathon or half-marathon with a goal to finish; for people who want to improve their time; or for the runner or walker who has the desire to reach a more competitive goal, and to the advanced who want to reach the next step up the ladder.
